These Portable Mini Scissors by Midori are designed with stainless steel blades and ant-slip grip for the best cutting experience. The bottom blade that is serrated is meant to open boxes. Meanwhile, at the top of the blades and between the two handles is a section that is constructed to cut wires. A safety cover for the blades is also included to ensure safety when carrying around.
