Returning an item?
If you are dissatisfied with an item, you have 14 days for a full refund (minus shipping costs) onto the original method of payment – or exchange, with presentation of the original receipt. Items must be unused, undamaged and unopened in the original packaging to qualify for a refund or an exchange.
It is the responsibility of the customer for return shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged, delayed and/or require additional costs by Canada Post while in transit.
All shipments include CAD$100 insurance and we offer signature service for orders over CAD$150.
