Shipping

At 26 Market, our goal is to package your order with precision and attention to detail, and as quickly as possible! We aim to package and process your order within 3 business days* of receipt of payment. Orders are packaged and shipped from Tuesday-Friday between 10:00 am-2:30 pm.

  

Domestic Shipping 

All Canadian orders are mailed via Canada Post within 3 business days of receipt of payment. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. 

If you live in Winnipeg you can avoid shipping fees by selecting the shipping option “Winnipeg pickup”. Orders can be picked up at our office located at 101-100 Princes Street, from Tuesday-Friday between 10:00 pm-4:30 pm. We’d love to see you!

 

US Shipping

All US orders are mailed via Canada Post and are released for shipment within 3 business days of receipt of payment. A tracking number will be provided once your parcel has shipped. Duties and taxes may be payable by the customer upon receipt of parcel.

 

International Shipping 

Yes, we ship internationally! International orders will be shipped via Canada Post.  Rates will vary depending on size, weight and destination. Shipping fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment.

International orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

 

Expedited Delivery

Need something in a hurry? No problem. We offer express air delivery options via Canada Post. All shipping options along with shipping quotes will be displayed on the checkout page once the delivery address has been fully submitted.

 

Can I change, add, or cancel my order?

Yes, please send us an email to hello@26market.com. If your order hasn't already been processed, we are happy to send you instructions on how to make changes to your order.

 

What happens if I have a high-value order ($150+)?

We reserve the right to request signature confirmation or post-office pick up for orders at our discretion, based on location, frequency of lost packages in your area, or value of your order.

Please note: Any amount owing upon delivery or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. During busier seasons and the holiday season, please allow for an extended processing time. We appreciate your patience!

 

Online – Canadian and US Returns and Exchange

Returning an item? 

If an item is defective, we will gladly exchange the item at no charge to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving 

If you are dissatisfied with an item for another reason, you can return within 14 days for a full refund minus the original shipping charges. Please read below for conditions to qualify for a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost in transit in return to us.

In-Office – Returns

You have 14 days for a full refund (onto the original method of payment) or exchange, with presentation of the original receipt.  Items must be unused and undamaged to qualify for a refund or an exchange.

Returns – International

All international sales are final and do not qualify for return for refund.

Returns – Pre-orders

All pre-ordered items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Thanks for your understanding!

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item

If your order has arrived damaged, defective, or you’ve received the incorrect item, please send us a message at hello@26market.com as soon as possible with photos of the item(s), the box, and the packaging. We’ll take care of the rest!

Sale and Discounted Items

All sale and/or discounted items are final sale and do not qualify for refund.

Lost or Damaged Parcels, Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address 

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for damages, delays, lost parcels and/or additional charges incurred by Canada Post during shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a proper shipping address is provided when placing an order. Items returned to sender due to improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.
