We offer free domestic Canada Post Expedited shipping with signature service to all orders over CAD$150.
We offer free U.S. Canada Post Expedited shipping with signature service to all orders over CAD$250.
All orders will be mailed via Canada Post.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment.
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
If you live in Winnipeg, shipping fees can be avoided by selecting the shipping option “Winnipeg Pick-Up”. Orders can be picked up from our studio located at 670-70 Arthur Street, Monday, Wednesday Friday from 12pm - 4:30pm. We’d love to see you!
Yes, we ship internationally! International orders will be shipped via Canada Post. Rates will vary depending on size, weight and destination. Shipping fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment.
Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States.
International orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Returning an item?
If you are dissatisfied with an item, you have 14 days for a full refund (minus shipping costs) onto the original method of payment – or exchange, with presentation of the original receipt. Items must be unused, undamaged and unopened in the original packaging to qualify for a refund or an exchange.
It is the responsibility of the customer for return shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged, delayed and/or require additional costs by Canada Post while in transit.
All shipments include CAD$100 insurance and we offer signature service for orders over CAD$150.
