Returning an item? 

If an item is defective, we will gladly exchange the item at no charge to you. Please contact us within 14 days.

If you are dissatisfied with an item for another reason, you can return within 14 days for a full refund minus the original shipping charges, acquired restocking fees or customs fees. Please read below for conditions to qualify for a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost in transit in return to us.

In-Office – Returns

You have 14 days for a full refund (onto the original method of payment) or exchange, with presentation of the original receipt.  Items must be unused and undamaged to qualify for a refund or an exchange.

Returns – International

All international sales are final and do not qualify for return for refund.

Returns – Pre-orders

All pre-ordered items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Thanks for your understanding!

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item

If your order has arrived damaged, defective, or you’ve received the incorrect item, please send us a message at hello@26market.com as soon as possible with photos of the item(s), the box, and the packaging. We’ll take care of the rest!

Sale and Discounted Items

All sale and/or discounted items are final sale and do not qualify for refund.

Lost or Damaged Parcels, Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address 

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for damages, delays, lost parcels and/or additional charges incurred by Canada Post or UPS during shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a proper shipping address is provided when placing an order. Items returned to sender due to improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.
